We work with original designs and offer the possibility of customization. Therefore, we are not limited to the products already present in the catalogue. Therefore, we offer earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, brooches or whatever the client proposes!

Firstly, you must schedule an in-person or remote appointment with us via our WhatsApp number.

The consultations usually last around an hour and a half, in which Nat offers a free consultation on harmonizing accessories with the other elements of the look (if it is for a special occasion) and, from this consultation, we arrive at a complete briefing about your style and proposal, in order to produce a unique and authorial piece for you.

If you wish to proceed with the creation of a design, we will proceed with contracting the design and Nat will send you the proposal with a sketch of your piece by email along with the cost of the production.

Our work is handcrafted, so advance notice is welcome! However, a comfortable deadline would be about 2 months before the event for personalized pieces. For models already created and made available on the website, the deadline for making the piece is up to 60 calendar days.

However, deadlines can be shortened in urgent cases - if this is your case, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. Here at Nat Co. we are available to do whatever it takes to make your dream come true!

The item is shipped 60 days after payment confirmation.

In cases of orders placed less than 60 days before the event, delivery is arranged with the customer!
